Subscription Agreement

Effective Date: March 25th, 2025

Welcome, and thank you for subscribing to our POS & ERP system. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for accessing and using our software and services.

1. Scope of Services

Our POS and ERP platform provides tools for inventory management, sales processing, employee access control, financial reporting, customer relationship management (CRM), and more. Features available to you depend on the selected subscription plan.

2. Subscription Term

Subscriptions begin upon registration and remain active until canceled. Renewal is automatic unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are based on your plan, user count, and add-ons. Payment is due monthly or annually, as selected during registration. Late or failed payments may result in service interruption.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a limited free trial for evaluation purposes. After the trial, access to premium features requires a paid subscription.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue through the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued.

6. System Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Access should only be given to authorized users within your organization.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all business data you upload or generate, including sales records, inventory lists, and customer databases.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, or use the software for illegal or unethical business practices.

9. System Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance and unforeseen disruptions may occur. In such events, we strive to notify users in advance.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of this agreement or misuse of the system. You may also terminate this agreement at any time by canceling your subscription.

11. Updates & Changes

We may occasionally update this agreement. You will be notified of major changes. Continued use of the system implies agreement to the latest terms.
